A first look at Caroline and Greg’s rather amazing wedding in Mt. Sturgeon Estate in Dunkeld. In the shadow of the Grampians these guys tied the knot- several knots in fact. They also poured sand to symbolise their union and more than a few tears were shed – mostly by the groom which is always nice!
Many of the guests stayed at the nearby Corea Quarters the night before where a rather serious game of poker developed. I was there to document and thankfully didn’t lose the farm. Nor get lost at the farm for that matter.
For the wedding Caroline sported a pair of green boots which were both fashionable and practical for the rural setting. The reception was held in the woolshed with a beautiful rustic feel complete with hay bales and a very cosy fire.
Here’s how I saw events unfolding….
