Katie + Greg

Rustic Aussie Country Wedding? – yes please! I traveled to Wellington NSW for the wedding of Katie and Greg not knowing exactly where Wellington was or what to expect. What I found was a picturesque country town with stunning architecture from a bygone era and a decidedly friendly air.

Katie got ready in her mum’s stunning house which was a joy to photograph, with heaps of little details. Their very moving ceremony was held in Wellington Polo Grounds which had been spruced for the occasion by the couple’s family and friends. There was a distinctly musical air to this wedding with pretty much the entire bridal party picking up an instrument at some stage.

We even managed to get a quick spin around Wellington to take a few photos. All in all a rather awesome wedding. Here’s how I saw things unfold…

people who helped make the day perfect.

Dress Maker – Wendy Makin
Video – Jono Hall
Cake – Rachel Whitely
Flowers – Trish Burke
