When you ask most couples how they met it’s usually in a bar or through friends. These guys had a better story: their two schools joined to produce a musical, which sounds like the plot of Hugh Grant film. They stayed friends and eventually that friendship led all the way to Meath. Specifically to Tankardstown.
We always aim to capture the “Dad and Bride in the car” moment, which sometimes doesn’t happen if the whole wedding is at one location. However, having sensed her Dad’s disappointment at not having quality father-daughter time on the drive to the ceremony, Jenny surprised him by organising a car to drive them around in circles! Now, that is planning.
Other interesting things to spot about this wedding was the doughnut wall (we didn’t eat any, promise) and a table plan with tiny photos of each guest’s face (we didn’t eat any of these either).
